Spam is defined as any person or company that does not have a business relationship with SCDUCKS.COM offering any service or product in exchange for money, trade, or barter (outside of the specific Trading Post Rules) to any Member of SCDUCKS through our Forums, Private Messenger system, or any other SCDUCKS vehicle.

Henceforth, any attempt at Spamming our Membership will result in that user's account being suspended until a minimum payment towards the cost of a Sponsorship is made and received by the owners of SCDUCKS.COM.
