    That snake has progeny, his genes are around out there. Just saying...

    aint scared. ran into a nice canebreak yesterday evening with a coworker, we were filling a feeder and THERE he was, right under my feet. i usually look well around corn before stepping in. he was hidden good.

    that makes 3 rattlers and a big copperhead in under a week. only one died.

    heard a nice one was let go at dos rios today by the caretaker.

    no, but it was confirmed that he was holding it on the end of a long stick to make it look bigger.
    He would have been nice next year.

    Yeah thats what I was wondering!!! The last report I got someone sent it to my phone saying it was killed on the fish hatchery road down next to the hatchery in Oconee county!!! I figured it was BS

    Y'all are all wrong. That snake was killed last Friday near Greeleyville. All of this is according to a logger.

    Georgia Outdoor News had an article on this snake.....came off property in Screven County, GA.....b/w Statesboro and Sylvania!

    photo legit good buddy works at for sc dnr and he talked to the guy or guy with him, Hell i've killed one with some people down in santee of of 95 that had a whole friggn squirrle in it half way down. biggest snake i'd ever seen. it had 16 rattles and a button
