I don't have a problem with people shooting feral cats. I have a problem with people collecting pink collars with rhinestones as someone mentioned on another thread.

What is your policy on "wild" dogs? Or do those have to be someone's pet?

First of all hoss, I live in Northern Berkeley County, savy? People in my neck of the woods don't have cats, much less cats with pink collars.. I live on close to 500 acres owned and leased.. If a cat wanders in my neck of the woods, he aint a damn soul's pet.. He kills rabbits (or attempts to), squirrels, and quail.. As a matter of fact I really enjoy killing those game species..

Second of all, I run hounds and have only ever shot a stray dog when I was shown teeth and growled at.. Saying that, I don't care if it is my best deer hound, if that bitch growled and showed her teeth, "Spectacular" would be in the back of the garden..

Think of it this way.

Feral cat gets either;

Taken out by Mr. PBiz at no cost to the taxpayers.

Or Feral cat eats a rabid animal and spreads such disease to your Pink collared pet who in turn gets weird and bites a child. therefore causing you untold amounts of misery and healthcare expenses.


Or Animals control get involved which each and every feral cat / dog alive right now.

They have to catch them (costs taxpayer money). Put the said animals down, at more taxpayer cost. then they have to call a company to come pick up the animals thats are no longer alive and take them to be disposed of ( Incinerated ). Yes I know a few of the guys that work for the company that does this, It costs a hell of alot for that service More taxpayers dollars.

You should thank him. Buy him a PBR. Hell I might if I ever see him.

Well well...Looks like it's show and tell. I'm sitting here petting Jinxie Elizabeth as I see this thread. The only cat that looked feral was ccleroy's...PBiz your cats DO NOT look feral. I have never known anyone to shoot a cat, but I also have never come across a feral cat EVER. All cats in my neighborhood have rhinestone collars with ID tags. Now if one bullied Jinxie Elizabeth or harmed her I may need y'alls services.
