A new Wisconsin plan would declare feral cats, which volunteers have been feeding for the past 10 years, an unprotected species, just like skunks or gophers. Anyone with a small-game license could shoot the cats at will, legally.

My thought on this whole damn funny ass thread is that "leash laws" apply to cats also. I think most believe it only applies to dogs, bullshit. Most "leash laws" in the counties or cities in S.C. apply to domesticated animals. Cats are some breading mofos to.

GBelly, keep killing them all and burn them all in the fire barrel over a beer.

This one had an improvised litter box and was banded, too.

And calves, fawns, goats, sheep, hell, any livestock.

I learned how to shoot by thinning out the wild dog population on our cattle farm. Morning routine before school was feeding up the herd and then waiting on the bastards to show up.

Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

Only man I know that arrows the mayor's cat, doesnt kill it, cat runs off with said arrow sticking out of both sides and fail to get through the pet door due to said arrow. That story cracks me up every time I hear it.

Growing up, way over 20 years ago, My bud Danny, would catch a cat tie a string to it's tail, on the other end newspaper was attached, The paper was lit, and the cat hauled (_|_). The last time the cat ran into the barn, and the barn caught fire. My ass got whopped as bad as his. (buy his dad) that was back a bit.
