October 1992, I was supposed to go fishing with my next door neighbor, My wife got sick so I stayed home with the kids, my Neighbor Dave took somebody else in my place. Well they were anchored just outside of Port Everglades, with all legal lights on, plus a latern to see inside the boat. When a go fast boat riding BOW HIGH not being able to see where they were going, ran right over the top of Daves boat, Dave boat was 21 foot. It threw dave and his woman in the water sliced his womans scalp open, the guy that went in my place was found the next day crammed under the console. All because this guy was either showing out and not knowing how to drive. Either way somebody died.

I believe they should have a boating Lisc.

I've seen dead bodies myself, i've seen drowning victims, I've been in a boat that sank, i know the dangers of running a boat improperly or being a hard head. I've had friends die in accidents, i know people who have died in boating accidents. It would be different if this had happened at a high rate of speed, but it wasn't. If the motor had cut off, nothing would have happened! I've had water wash over this boat before, nothing happened!
