    I ask for your prayers as I begin the "rest of my life." Starting this afternoon, I will be eggin'. With leaders such as HARV showing me the light, I feel I am ready to face the tasks ahead of me. Let's egg.

    My neighbor got his and I swear I think he loves it more than his wife and child...He's got that thing perfected, I take all the mackerel I catch to him to smoke for me. Best things I've had off of it have to be tritip steaks and the pizzas he makes...

    i would say it is "incerdibly simple" to keep temp constant and the lump charcoal can burn forever....

    another tip is dont tip it. a friend of mine did it to his and it ended up in about as many pieces as $$$s it toook to buy it.

    Teefers or Harv - I'm not real familiar with the Eggs so bear with me here... Is there any capacity (bowl or something) to put some water/marinade inside the egg whilst your meats are cooking to help keep things moist?

    Guess I need to look at making some curly maple BBQ utensils, right toofs?

    You can fit drip pan in.Water it up if you want,I've done it both ways with and without.Thing acts kinda like a gigantical crock pot though with all that heavy ceraimic.Things tend not to dry out.
