    Raceway Grill in Darlington. Outside turn 2 at the track. Maybe not THE best, but a favorite of the locals.

    X2 on Tin Roof in CHS for the price.

    Best in Charleston though is Triangle Bar in Avondale - grass fed beef trumps.
