I have a Country Smoker pellet cooker http://www.dansons.com/products-barbecues-country.html
Same concept as a Traeger, but made with heavier steel and gets a bit hotter.
I absolutely love it an have cooked pizza, pork, beef, chicken, doves, quail, duck, fish, venison, veggies and anything else I can think of on it and it's yet to let me down.
Anyone else cook on one?
