    Default i made it this year.

    the govenor hunt was great. got in field at 1pm.......... no birds. 2:30 pm, decide to go to the open bar, drink a beer or 2, ate some oysters, bbq, chicken wings, and sat around a bomb fire. about 4pm, birds flyin around house pretty thick.......... got gun, went across street and shot birds till i ran outta shells. great afternoon hunt! all in all, well organized hunt with great food and free booze!

    Must not of brought many shells....I didn't count 100 birds from 6am to 6pm...I did dispatch a few of the house collered doves...threw them right on the bbq cooker...mighty nice.

    alright, BONFIRE... all these years, never even looked it up. in 30 yrs of livin, nobody has ever corrected me. bomb fire sounds like better fire anyway. it just sounds explosive!!!! and then theres bonfire, not so exciting.

    Damn if I'm going to buy a truck for a dove "ticket".......just can't see it.

    You should have seen the field we were on in Neeses. Black birds, kill dees, nothing was safe. I don't know where these people came from with their orange hats on and everything,,,likely yankees.
