    Default "The Scatters"

Got back yesterday from hunting the scatters for 4 days. Limited 3 of the 4 days. Had to work really hard to get it done. "NO NEW BIRDS"
Had a great trip can't wait to go back on the 5th.

I would rather hunt the scatters and not kill a limit than to go anywhere else and limit out every day. In my opinion its the best.

Sounds like fun. Any pictures? Flooded timber is on my list of things to do.

A few years ago, we were having a slow morning, killing just a couple of birds as they weren't moving that well. We fired up the Coleman stove, had us some good ol venison sausage sandwhiches and the Meto turned into heaven on earth. Yep, you don't have to kill a limit every hunt to enjoy that place.
