If it ain't cooked over wood it ain't BBQ. Period
The only man to ever get all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
It is, sheep. That's their newest location. The original one is over on Roper Mtn. Rd. between I85 and Hwy 14.

Little Pigs. Burned down but will be back.

Bucky's in G'ville is pretty strong! Way better than the pink pig and dukes. I go to Dukes cause you get all that shit (hash, fried okra, fried chicken, Q, must I go on?).
You go to places like Bucky's for the Q and that's it!
Cucumber Salad
Sweet Potato Crunch
As good as Bucky's pork is, their chicken is even better.

Next time I'm in the upstate, I'll have to try Bucky's. Here in the Midlands, for me its a trip to Shealy's in Batesburg-Leesville- hard to beat. Little Pigs and Dukes by the railroad bridge in O-burg is mighty fine too.

Shealy's is the best I've found for "the whole package" - BBQ plus the veggies and rice. Especially now that they do vinegar-and-pepper.
But Hudsons in Lexington is hard to beat as well.
And I'm also looking forward to Little Pigs opening back up.
The only Dukes I hit with any regularity is the one in Bamberg near the river. It's only 5 minutes from our deer club, so it's convenient and pretty good.
