1. Goose Breast or Duck Breasts
2. McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning®
3. Salt
4. Onion Powder
5. Worcestershire Sauce
6. Course Ground Black Pepper

Cut breasts length ways into about ¼" thick slices. Tenderize meat with mallet. Spread slices on plate and season with salt, onion powder, pepper, and McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning. Place in bag and cover with Worcestershire Sauce®. Let marinate in fridge for 18-24 hours. After marinating you may season again in order to regain any seasoning lost in the Worcestishire. Place on hot grill for 5-8 minutes either side.
