    Default Venison Meatballs

    Anyone got a good recipe?

    2 lbs meat
    3 eggs
    half a cup of milk
    cup and a half of italian bread crumbs
    salt
    pepper
    some garlic salt or old bay or whatever flavor you like
    adding a half pound of chopped bacon never hurts

    mix well
    if it's too wet, add more breadcrumbs
    if it's too dry, add more milk
    form meatballs to the size you prefer

    sear the meatballs on both sides in a frying pan with olive oil

    bake in oven for 20-30 minutes at 350.
