    Default Pull Behind Grill/Cooker

If you had the ultimate pull-behind grill/cooker...........

What all would it have on it? (Large and small grill, side burners, etc.)

How would you have it laid out?

It's not the ultimate, but here is mine. One larger cooker (charcoal and gas) and one small cooker (gas) and one high pressure burner. I would liked to have added a storage box and a place to put a cooler, but it does what it needs to do.

exactly like the one i cooked on for the FF workday.

i told that guy he better leave me that thing in his will.

i like the idea of a small burner on the side. no need to take up room with a storage box. i also like that his has a smoker box.
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.

2th, you got any pics or more details on it that you could post? I kind of remember it, but don't exactly remember what all it had and the lay-out.

    I'd want a large charcoal/gas grill
    a smaller gas grill
Two burners (one low enough to put a big pot on)
    place for a cooler

Stainless is to much. Go for one made out of carbon steel.

I always liked 2th's old one. It was the most even cooking large unit I've ever used.

oh boy! The Pit would need to be big enough to cook a 250lb hog. I would have to have a smoak box on one side for the turkeys and chickens and butts. would need a four range burner for stew pots. gonna have to have a place to burn wood and dump hot coals into. (shovel not included). lets go ahead and say a 30gallon tank or two. Gotta have a place to steam oysters and crabs and lobsters. would need a place that a 120qt cooler could be secured into. tool box. May as well throw in a generator for the blender.

I built one a few years ago....works pretty good...

Used an old trailer from Daddy's 18' Whaler and shortened the tongue a few feet...

Made a deck on the front of it out of that composite decking and railed it with some 1" angle iron....

Has a regular size old natural gas tank on it for the cooker a burner on the side mounts for 4 20lb propane tanks and the ability to cook w/ charcoal or gas....

4 separate burners (2 on each side) with some burn baskets (one on each side) in case you wanna soak and smoke some hickory or something....

Plenty of room for 3 150 qt. coolers on the deck along with the 4 tank mount rings and an old alum. toolbox out on the tongue....

She does a pretty good job...
