    I would venture to say, that an appropriate punishment would be to remove his manhood with the same utensil, however, there likely isnt enough there to make it a worthwhile punishment.

    I just don't get it. What the hell is wrong with people? Can't they find something better to do. Take this bastard to the swamp and tie him up about nut deep and let nature do the rest. (After doing BB's suggested punishment)
