the stew is simple
in the slow cooker:
chicken thighs
chopped smoked sausage
Ham (mostly left over from a pig pick'n)
chopped garlic
chopped celery
1/4 cup of woshy sauce
let cook for a hour
add:
chopped onion
whole kernal corn
butterbeans
green peas
chopped potatoes
diced tomatoes
season with salt and pepper to taste
add ketchup for thickness and flavor
cook for a couple hours, stir occasionlly
serve with SwampFire and Ice tea

The pie
premade pie crust and greased pie pan
1 cup of pecans roasted
in a bowl:
beat one egg
add 2/3 cup of brown sugar
2 table spoons of peanutbutter
1 tablespoon of vanilla flavor
1 tablespoon melted butter
a dash of salt
mix well
1 cup of bananna nut granolla ceral (crushed)
chop the pecans
1 snack pkg of rasins
1/3 cup of maple syrup
mix all above and pour in to the pie crust
fold the edges over back into the pie
bake at 350 for 45 mins ...... at 35 mins cover the pie with a foil sheet.
when done remove and let cool
you won't tell anyone will you?
