Default Sleeping on the Job - Osprey

These are shots that I finally got around to posting. From the same series of my last Osprey shot. This guy decided to take a late afternoon nap. I also decided to try some new editing. Added the drop shadow and a new font for my signature. Hope it works.

    And one alive and well

Looks mighty fine to me Dick (kidding of course Richard)

I like the blue sky in the 2nd shot. Maybe you could isolate the sky in the fist one and increase your blue in that one too.

One other little nit pick would be to clone out the bolt on the post the bird is standing on.

You have come along very nice!

Richard I like the second shot.

Squatty not trying to start an argument but I think the bolt in the post adds character to the post. In your opinion why should he clone it out just wondering?

character is the bird's eye being closed. The bolt is an eye sore. It's all a matter of opinion and I'm an asshole

Haha. I'll clone it out when I get back later. I'm going out for the day. Thanks for the comments! And people call me Dick sometimes.

Tools know about bolts...just saying! lol

Seriously, not to hijack the thread, good shots Richard. What was your distance, lens, etc?

The first shot the 'sleeping' is cool, but I like the talons much better. Gives us a really great view of his hunting tools.

The second, we can see the seriousness in his eyes.

Thanks guys. Squatty, I posted a revised version of the Osprey with its eyes closed. I did need some adjustments. I like this one better.
