I have a 1602v with a Yamaha 50 four stroke tiller handle and with me an my 120lb lab I'm only getting about 30 out of it and if you add any more weight to it it significantly decreases. Really need to look at a bigger motor for it.

1602v with Yamaha 50f tlr and 18 gallon bow mounted fuel tank. With me and my 120lb lab I'm only getting 30 out of it on a good day. Need to look at a bigger motor for the boat.
