    HOT ALMIGHTY!!!!

    Man....I tried to pick out the best one...no way, they are all BEST!!!!

    I loved the way the colors on the baldies stood out against the backgrounds....but the brilliant blue of the blacky's speculums was amazing too!!!

    I bet watching them leave is like saying goodbye to a good friend you know you want see again for a long time.

    you might say it's a Black Duck but the white bar on the speculum leads me to conclude that it's more than likely a Black/Mallard. However it's hard to say for sure without a better look or unless you want to ground check him. Either way it's a drake.

    Edit: Let me clarify that just b/c it has the white bar isn't why I made the above statement. It's the size, or how wide the white bar is or appears to be. A Black Duck can and often does have a little white along the tips of the speculum. However the bird pictured isn't typical of what you would expect to see in a Black Duck (a pure one).
