    Default 8 Arrested in Michael Phelps incident...

    WISTV has reported that Richland County police have arrested 8 in connection with the Michael Phelps incident. 7 have been charged with a drug possession and 1 with distribution. The EBAY posting of $100,000, by the owner of the bong that Phelps used has helped lead to the arrest.
