    Default Feb 28th Lowfalls landing Lowcountry tournament

    lowcountry bowfishers will be having its first tournament on Feb 28th out of lowfalls landing.....

    will be a trailering tournament which means you can shoot anywhere on the lake.

    will be a big 10 format.

    meet at lowfalls landing about an hour before official sunset.

    $20 per person for members
    $30 per person for non-members
    $5 dollars of that goes into a big fish pot.
    $25 dollars a year if you want to join.....

    let me know if any one wants more details.... this should be a pretty good shoot!

    I thought that was HFIC.
    It's not enough to simply tolerate the 2nd Amendment as an antiquated inconvenience. Caring for the 2nd Amendment means fighting to restore long lost rights.

    stay tuned fellas.... the way this weather is lookin we may have to postpone.... we will make the call by NOON tomorrow..... ill post on here as soon as we do.....

    our club rules say only way to cancel is wind over 20mph, or lightning...

    right now weather channel is callin for 90% chance of rain, thunderstorms, and 15mph wind.... hopefully it will move through a little earlier and we will get lucky!

    Come on Shirley, pull up the rain panties and lets shoot some fish....Also, now we cancel instead of postpone... right ????Oh well, hope mama nature deals us a decent one and we don't have to worry about it. Besides, if I hang out at the house tonight and we don't shoot what am I supposed to do tomorrow???Garage party maybe????

    WELL HERE ARE THE RESULTS THAT I REMEMBER:

    1st place- stackem, Cliff & RC 228.5lbs
    2nd place- team killin time 227.5
    3rd place- dixiedeerslaya and team 222

    big e and team took big cat with 43lbs i think

    and killin time took big carp with 28lbs...

    i will have to say, ive never seen a tourney with that many teams over 200lbs.... seems like every one found fish, and some big ones at that....

    here, i found all the results..... hell of a tournament.... lots of big fish, and some big weights..... thats the tightest tourney i have ever seen.... first place through 8th place all coulda won with just one more BIG fish....

    1 Stakem 228.5
    2 Killin Time 227.5 Big carp 28
    3 Black river as. 222
    4 Night stalkers 219
    5 All nighters 218
    6 Pot light boys 203.5
    7 Slider 201
    8 Southern slinger 199.5 Big cat 43
    9 No luck 180.5
    10 Snot heads 117.5
    11 Ninja snipers DNW

    Congrats to the winners and all that showed for a fine shoot.
