Some people think you have to spend an arm and a leg on anything for it to be worth a shit. I voted Benelli since that's the gun I am really high on right now but I have a Mosseburg that I would carry without giving it a second thought. It has proven it's worth in my home.

Love my 1187 and 870! Remington shotguns have always fit me the best and point like an extension of my arm. It's an easy transition from one to the other I've found since the buttstocks, receivers, and triggers are almost exactly the same on the two.

Ithaca Model 37! End of discussion.

    I have 8 of them in 12, 16, and 20s.

I even have an Ithaca M87 from when they changed the name temporarily because the company changed hands. But then the employees got together and bought the company back.

I picked the Benelli because that is my "go to gun" right now.

I have too many favorites. Hard to vote just once...

A-5 is by far the best gun ever built. Just listen to everybody that has ever had one. Not the light and not for everybody, but it will not hang up and it has killed everything. Even Les Stroud uses one.

Love the A5's. Shoot them every chance I can. Love my SBE too and shoot it every chance I can. Had a SX2 and it was nice, but doesn't fit like the Benelli and doesn't have the look of the old humpback. If you break in the house, you get greeted by a Ithaca M37 and 5, 00 buck.

    Beretta

I shot a Remington 11-48 in 16 gauge yesterday afternoon. Would be an awesome bird hunting gun, light and easy to swing with the 26" barrel.
