    However I have to admit: after years of carrying a .45 and a .40 I just grabbed a S&W m&p 9 compact for daily toting.

    I saw them at the last gun show. the guy was pushing them. he said they were new and made out of Florida. they had a lifetme warranty. Nice feeling gun. Good price but I don't remember the exact amont.
    He would have been nice next year.

    I think I am a fan of what I call an "oh shit drill"...... empty 18 rds into the chest region, load another mag, two shots to the head for good measure.... then call the police...
