    yea I'm getting some weird info back, it's not really complete data. They told me they've been having some issues with their system or something. All they could tell me that it was banded sometime earlier this year (2008)

    Seriously there were several cases of that happening in Texas years ago. Someone was catching rattlers, cutting off the rattles, running them up with speed, and putting them in peoples vehicles. I think that fag writer Truman Capote, the guy that wrote the 'Glass Menagerie' wrote a about it.
