I made Mongolian Beef (venison) with cubesteak the other night and it was awsome. You can get a little envelope for the sauce in the chinese section of the grocery store and cook up onion, green pepper, bamboo shoots and thinly sliced carrots in the oil with the meat... freaking delicious. Serve with jasmine rice and garnish with chopped peanets and chilli sauce (if you want it hot).
This meals is cheap and ready in about 30-40 minutes including prep.
