    Default Hash Recipes

I am wondering if you guys have any hash recipes that you would be willing to share? There is a place in Manning that I grew up eating their hash at my grandmothers house that is out of this world. Thanks

I'm sorry for my joking input there..

I have never cooked hash but do eat it regularly and have witnessed my uncle and his good friend cook it all day long in huge 5 gallon cast iron pot. They started with all the parts most folks would throw away (head, liver, heart, etc...). Once it got past that I do not have a clue, wish I would have paid more attention since both have passed away now.
