me and dukhuntr kill two mallards sat morning. saw a good many, but they had other flight plans that didn't include our slough.

I'm heading to the OBX for four days the week of Thanksgiving. Got the swan permit in hand this year. Hoping to have a repeat of last years hunt, just a couple more days this time.

    Bear,
Where you going at Thanksgiving? I'll be staying in Fairfield. I'll be hunting Wed-Sat out around the lake.

Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

NIce Bear!! I screwed around and missed getting my Swan permit this year, last time I did that had a neck and leg banded one land in the impoundment and swim around us!

I hoping to get me a nice bull pintail this year, we didn't have the number of pintails we ussually do last year and most of them were young.

I hear ya DOOk, last year I lost my camera! So all I have is memories. Pulled it out to snap a few after the hunt pictures and screen is all smashed and wouldn't turn on. This year will be different, got better camera!!

That greenhead on the right hanging from the tree looks like he still has something to say.

Yeah I didn't get mine last year, and had 18 come to the decoys. Let me know if you see that banded swan this year. I'll break away from the coast and come whack him for ya.
