I am going to buy a pistol tomorrow. What would be something decent for around 300? I would like a .40 or something similar to a Glock 22... My wife's uncles owns a gun shop and he said he would sell me a Taurus for around 370.00
Any advice?

an ar15 or ak
I am just looking to buy a hand gun... I dont think I need an ar15...
go to lawmens in cola- get a barely fired used SCHP Glock 22 with 2 hi-cap mags and night sights for about $375
and for the record- EVERYBODY needs an AR... an AK too LMAO
I concur, buy an AR or an AK while at the gun store
They say the only time a fishermen tells the truth is when he tells you another fisherman is a liar.
Trad, got any suggestions on where to find an AK in stock?
Pee Dee, Grand Strand, Chucktown areas?
LOL - thanks... SO what other options do I have? I want something sub-compact if possible...
SCTIMBER - my wife's uncle owns a gun shop... he was voted top 10 gunsmith in America...

That deal on a SCHP Glock is what I would do - in a skinny minute. While you can.

Do they sell to anyone? Assuming you can pass BG check?
They sell to the general public. It's just like buying a gun anywhere - they will run you through the NIC system like any other gun dealer will.
Nice folks... not as nice as when Barry was there, though.
