Default Cold and Wet in the FM

Got up this morning at 4:35 got ready and headed out the door. Hit the woods around 5:30. At first light I saw a small deer at about 150 yards. About 2 hours later I saw one more small deer about 100 yards. (looked to have two small buttons on his head.)
Sat until around 11ish when the hunger pains really started up. Rode out to Seawee Outpost and grab some lunch. Hit the woods hard around 4:45 in the afternoon.
Got set up on a spot that it is known to hold piggies.
Daughter text me asking if I was going to be late and I told her if I could kill quick I would be home sooner. (this is at 5:52) at 5:56 about 10 piggies came out, I watched them for a minute to pick out which one I wanted and let it rip. (WTF) I missed??? The largest one of the bunch took off and took almost half of the others with it. I was watching the others come out and had one stop (largest of the remaining 3 or 4) and start to root around. Placed the crosshairs on its shoulder and let the ole 270 rip, dropped like it a bad habit.
I went down to get her and looked around to see if I might have hit the other pig and just not known it. Nothing, nada, zip. I feel it was just a plain ole stupid rush shot and missed the whole thing.
I ended up with a Sow about 50 to 70 lbs. Took her out to Cordrays to be taken care of. She will be ready on the 25th.
I will post picture when I can get Photobucket to act right.

I called her right after the shot. She wanted to know if she could go somewhere.
