Started a flank steak marinade in jack daniels, brown sugar, tyme, rosemary before the hunt. When I got home I breasted out and deboned the doves. Stuck em on a stick and basted with soy sauce, honey and ground red pepper. grilled both until just past rare.....oh yes, it was tasty..
