They make some great smoked deer sausage.

Sumter ain't exactly in the NE part of Columbia .

The do make great smoked sausage, though. Worth the drive.

I'll ask Dad which processor he uses, he and Mom live in your neck of the woods. I can't remember the name of the place. Will get back to you.
