The creeks east of you are on the rise - hasn't gotten to the bigger rivers yet, but it will.

Nab, you hit the nail on the head with the cold winter. I could tell a change in the weather over the last few weeks

The Wateree is already up to 11ft at Camden.
I think we're getting a fair amt of rain out of this afterall.

Over nine inches of rain so far this month (according to the gauge at the farm). All the ditches, creeks, ponds and swamps in the Pee Dee are full and the Florence area is getting pounded again as I enter this. The 'skeeters have gone from zero to thick in nothing flat!

Though I do not question the Lord's wisdom, I am ready to use General Patton's weather prayer and earnestly beseech the Almighty "to restrain this immoderate weather with which we are having to contend!"

Got 3.5 in the last two days. My fields are standing water.

Will soybeans grow out of 4 inches of water? .........didn't think so. :>(
