Today's effort was just OK, IMO. Next time we'll opt for baby backs.

I am doing spare ribs and rice tonight myself. Accompanied by some butter beans of course.

HARV, not sure about exactly how much it'll hold, but it'll do a 20lb. turkey or 6 racks of ribs.
Also, it's a convection oven rather than a true smoker. You don't really get a smoke ring per se. I think it's great for general cooking, but we get better smoke flavor w/the Weber, IMO. It's so easy to use that it's hard not to like it - a lot.
It actually belongs to one of the guys here at work, but I'm looking at getting my own.
