So- i got to looking and the Gold Tips (which shoot very well) that i bought last year for whitetails are DAMNED LIGHT and i do NOT like an arrow that ain't totin a little ass...

Just happened to have some sweet ass Carbon Express Classics that Ole Glenn has done up for me for my recurve-- put them on the compound and SHAZAAAAM!!!!!! they are just sweeeet. Only running 100 or 125 Muzzy's on them til after the elk hunt but after reading the latest Traditional Bowhunter magazine and some other stuff on Ashby's work as well as talks with Glenn and Stripa-- both my Trad rigs and my Compound will be sporting some Beast Tipped Arra's after the Elk Quest.
