    Default Truck Part Help

I have a water leak on my truck. I have attached a pic of the part that is leaking. It looks like it is welded in the top of the motor. Can you tell me what it is called? I am no mechanic, but I would like to fix this problem myself if possible. Any help would be appreciated. It is leaking right where the red arrow is pointing.

The bigger hose right below the arrow is attached to it. I was thinking about using JB weld to, but I wasn't sure it would work.
