    Remington 7mm.08 700 SPS(special purpose synthetic) with Leupold 4.5x14x50 VXIII on top and Hornaday's in the pipe. 1 of the best shooting rifles I have ever shot, but could use a trigger job to lessen the pull weight

    Mostly M-700's but the latest is a 30-338 #7 Shilen on a M70 Classic action. All work is by Ronnie Long (He and Randy Robinette developed the 30BR). 150gr. Ballistic Tips shoot over 3400fps with no pressure. 59 rounds fired so it is about broke-in, still working up loads, but a couple are showing real promise.
    If it ain\'t accurate at long distance, then the fact that it is flat shooting is meaningless.

    Ruger m77 .270 w/ Bushnell glass, cheapy but it works!!
    Delta in a nutshell:Breeding grounds+small wetlands+big blocks of grass cover+predator removal+nesting structures+enough money to do the job= plenty of ducks to keep everyone smiling!

    someone needs to buy my encore 7 mag. I stick to flying creatures, deer bore me cuz i have to be quiet and not talk. I get too antsy.

    Quak, how do you like the R-1? I haven't shot one but it looks like a good gun for a gas operated auto.
