    Go to the USER CP at the top of the page. In the CONTROL PANEL on the left click on EDIT AVATAR. There you will see the following box...



    Find the image you want on the web from somewhere like http://images.google.com/imghp?tab=wi and then either input the url to the first Option or save to your desktop and using the second option, click BROWSE find it on your desktop.

    Remember that your avatar can be NO LARGER than 150 X 150 in size but it CAN BE SMALLER than 150 X 150.

    If the image that you want to use is too large, resize it with any of the available photo resize software. A good, easy to use, free one is http://www.irfanview.com/main_download_engl.htm
