i have to disagree with that everyday...if cowboy boots(read ditry mexican, pointy toed, roach killers) are worn, then the bolo is a necessity(unless being replaced by a bandanna). but if no cowboy boots, then i say you leave that accessory off, and leave the top 2 or 3 buttons of the shirt un-done.
