    Default Boys Weekend

    Just seems there’s a lot of gnashing of teeth and negativity around here so often. There’s still a lot of cool stuff happening in the world.

    Mom and Sis had dance at the beach, so the boys did fun stuff. Baseball game Saturday morning, then to the farm for some prescribed pyrotechnics.

    Preach it. Everything we do down there, I explain to him that he is going to be asked to do without me, as soon as reasonable. Mixing torches, filling sprayers, grab the flappers, grab the blower, whatever. It all has to be done, and I wont always be around to do it for him.

    Nice post Boozer! Growing up. Both of you. Nothing better than time with them in any capacity, but teaching the responsibilities of gamekeeping has become more fun and rewarding than just about anything else for me.

    Just spent 4 hours at the beach with a high school friend talking about all that same stuff we did in various swamps, marshes, and offshore. It never ends if you don't let it.
