    Another season in the books.
    Hondo’s coming on strong. Jake’s slowing down, (hurts to type that) and has gotten right crotchety some days but he’ll be 11 this week so I guess he’s earned the right to be an irritable old man. He picked a fight with a beaver and got cut up pretty good and we had to make an emergency visit to the vet on a Friday night for midnight staples. He was laid up for a few days and took max advantage of the situation even getting so sleep inside some at night. We made a run to Kentucky with a member on here, really funny trip. And finally after almost a dozen years on this forum I got to meet the infamous 2thDoc and hunt with him, the unequivocal highlight of the season.

    Tell the truth, was KY in the snow or hunting with Toofer more fun? I imagine Toof wore blaze orange Umbros?
