He landed in the club house yard and let me pick him up.

Pretty sure it's somebody's escaped pet. Doubt it survives this next spell of cold weather

He is def. on a roll,,, and apparently eat up with cats. serious question how would you go about getting the skunk out without smelling like it for 2 weeks?

Dispatched, waited a week came back to a skunk leg and a trap that still smelled like skunk. Will check it again in another week. IDK what protocol is, but as bad as it smells, I plan to re-prepare that trap before I try to use it again. Lots of coyote baits contain skunk, but I am 300% sure they'd dig a skunky trap up.

I've been having issues with my phone so I couldn't post photos. Finally got it figured out. Anyway, I'm up to 11 bobcats, 4 Coyotes and 3 grey foxes so far with a little over two weeks left in the season. Already my best year ever so far.

The last two or three weeks of the season were slow. Probably because I caught all the dumb ones. I thought picking up the decoys on the last day of duck season sucked. It doesn't hold a candle to pulling three dozen traps with post hole diggers.

Anyway, ended up with 11 bobcats, 4 coyotes, 3 grey foxes, 36 coons and 30 possums.

I've been doing this for three seasons now so hopefully we will start to see a difference in our turkey population on the club.
