    Default Daniel Penny Case

I've been following this one since day 1. He's an ex Marine and he obviously did the right thing. He should be hailed as a hero and not be on trial for what he did.

Looks like the jury is deadlocked on charge 1 of man slaughter. I sure hope he is able to walk away from this thing.

I do not understand how you convict him of manslaughter. He came to the aid of someone who was the victim of the druggie. His or any sane persons goal should be restrain the perp until the law arrives or the threat is neutralized otherwise you have potentially further aggravated the situation. If he is convicted it sets a dangerous precedent for anyone who may contemplate offering assistance to someone being violated.

subway crazies been a problem for a while.

he solved a problem as a good samaritan, no wonder why people grab a phone to video these assaults rather then STOPPING the threat.

I'm not a lawyer but if found guilty on anything I think he's got a great appeal simply based on the 14th Amendment.

If he gets convicted of anything, there should be riots. Eric Adams ought to present him an outstanding citizen award in front of the courthouse while the jury is deliberating.

The only mistake Penny made was being a stand-up guy in a Democrat city/State. They don’t want anyone who won’t be a slave.

When found Not Guilty, or is pardoned, he needs to turn around and sue NYC’s ass off.

Thank God Penny has been Acquitted. Alvin Bragg is striking out. Hopefully he will go away now. The media is reporting that Neely's father caused a disturbance in the court room and had to be escorted out. Funny how he is all concerned now but didn't help his son get the help he needed while he was roaming the streets.

Only reason his dad gives a shit now is because he wants a payday.

Him and his lawyers first stop was a beer at the nearest pub. I hope Trump invites him to the white house and awards him a medal.

BLM is going nuts now. It never had anything to do with race. But BLM is using it to foment a race war and fund raise over it. Disgraceful.

He's a Marine. He had the upper hand. Never give up the upper hand and put yourself or others at risk.

He did the right thing. The jury agreed and has been Acquitted.

Neely had a long rap sheet. He should have either been in jail or a mental hospital long before that day. Nobody gave a shit about him, until they saw a financial benefit.

I wish he wouldn't have had to get involved in the first place. I mean, if we're talkin' fantasy and unicorns and sh!t.
