I’m a driver in Charleston. Your best bet is to find your driver and ask him for help. They can get you in touch with someone local. The phone numbers for local buildings aren’t published. You will have to go through the 1 800 number which is a PITA. We are wide open right now with all this Black Friday and cyber Monday volume, especially Columbia which is the ground hub for SC and Air hub for the southeast. Good luck.

Years ago I tried to file a complaint against a driver who thought my driveway was a dragstrip. After going through hell to reach someone I'm still as fucked now as then. It's damn near impossible to contact anyone but a driver. Fuck UPS!

^^^ you could always send them some white powder in the mail.

I'm pretty sure they will respond to that.

I'm a fan of UPS. They always give us great service and remember where we like to have packages dropped off. Stuff sent with UPS usually gets to us when it's supposed to.

Amazon delivery is also pretty good.

FEDEX and USPS are in a contest to see who can be the world's worse delivery service. It's a very close race.

I was out of state Dox or I'd have tried to help. Still have buddies there even though I've been gone a long time. It's peak season, worst time of the year to work in the package delivery business.
Listen to your elders. Not because they are always right but because they have more experiences of being wrong.
