Several said they would have pardoned their son same as Biden did.
If the charges were treasonous as they should be, would you still have the same stance?

You already know the answer, Bagman.

Joe didn't pardon Hunter because he's a father led by moral convictions. He pardoned Hunter because Joe was a co-conspirator in a long running multi-million , criminal enterprise.

Agreed. I'm utterly surprised at how many members said "I'd bail him out just cause he's mine". In my mind that's just bad parenting. It's called accountability. If you don't let them reap what they sow then you're doing everyone a disservice... you and them.

However, as others have mentioned, this situation is not about Hunter, it's about Sleepy Joe. Hunter was the scapegoat. Brandon knows if he doesn't pardon his boy, during the trial it'll be revealed that he's the culprit then they'll come after him.

Is it really about parenting any more when you're in your 80s and your kid is getting close to retirement age?

Dont be forgetful of what we know.
The son in question gave him that name of “Pedo Pete.”
He is no type of good parent.

    - he married the babysitter when his wife and children died, for pete sakes

It’s easy to stand virtuously behind the keyboard but I will stand by my statement that many of us in the same situation would pardon our kids. And you can bet your ass Trump would/will as well!

You’re exactly right. In fact, if i were president, I’d have my son illegally make me rich and then pardon him for those infractions.

Oh wait, that sounds eerily similar to a tale we all know.

Interesting point, I read yesterday they are saying they can subpoena Hunter now and he cannot plead the 5th due to being pardoned and answering questions wont be incriminating himself. Then they can throw him in jail if he doesnt answer thier questions. They probably wont do that tho, protecting the status quo and all

Age doesn't matter. Point being that if every time Junior screws up and Diddy or PeePaw come in for the rescue then there's no accountability. At some point, even our adult kids have to learn that they alone are responsible for their own actions and are to be held accountable as such for their words/actions.

well, apparently ol Sleepy Creepy Joe is competent again, with the pardon of Hunter and possibly many other deep staters…
    - lets go on ahead and get him back up there to defend the case he was found incompetent to stand for.

    (as a start)

I'm just surprised that anyone would think he wouldn't pardon him or that politicians don't lie every time their mouths open.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

I don’t think anyone is really surprised, it’s just a shame that they’ve been lying so much for so long that the populace has been conditioned to accept it.
