Why is RFK weird as fuck? Because he questions the mainstream ideology that has been washed into our society through advertising? Big pharma does not have your best health interest at heart (no pun intended), nor does big hospital/med, or big ag and big food. They are all there to sell something and return as much as possible to their shareholders, ethics be damned. My issue comes when ethics go out the window. Profits are awesome, ethics still trump them.

Yes you can still eat meat, in fact you should eat more meat and less fake meat. Testosterone levels in the average 30yo male today are equal to those in the average 60+yo male from 20 years ago (Dr Peter Attia). Most males are less masculine today, that should give you concern from a birth rate level to a national security issue. Soyboys don't win wars. They don't execute D-Day. Expand your mind.
