Crazy. We've done a good bit of work out there. This is gonna be far-reaching for the town.

675 employees. Not the mention all the truckers, loggers, timber buyers, consultants, landowners, etc.

Not to mention their vendors and subs. United Rentals alone probably does well over a million a year out there.

The current administration has put so many regulations on industry that they can’t afford to do business in the United States. It is quite sickening.

Hate to hear Gtown shutting down. The paper and saw mills have taken a terrible beating here lately.

One of my customers as well. That really sucks. I was at Ascend in Greenwood yesterday while their CEO was going around letting them know their plant will be closing in December as well. I believe those guys will be out of a job also come February.

IP and the steel mill will be superfund sites. It’ll take a huge bankroll to do anything with this properties. You won’t see anything happen anytime soon.

Well, now I know why my next project there was put on hold.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

I am referring to the Blackrocks of the world that will swoop in and buy out the folks that can't hold on to what they have got. The political will on Council seems to heavily favor developers.

Yeah, thought of that after. Lots of RMT and other leased tracts around.
