The letter is from France which governs Fitasc. It basically says if you are a certified Fitasc referee and working at a tournament where super sporting is an event, they are revoking your certification. The Fitasc governing body see super sporting as a morphed version of Fitasc, except they don't get any revenue from it. The French can shove it.

If I were a Fitasc ref, I think I'd send them back my cert just for suggesting that. Why shoud they care what else you do during an event as long as it doesn't touch their format? In the business world, that would be considered anti-trust, monopolistic behavior that would land you in court.

They are concerned the popularity of super sporting will hurt participation in Fitasc events. The governing body makes a lot of money from internationally sanctioned events. They basically offer no payouts but charge a lot of money to enter.

Full choke typed a book about it, and you mentioned it.. no worries 2th is gone until Monday, and I'm not telling him this weekend... but I find a lot of similarities between shooting and golf.. not paper shooting, that's sassy.
