FWIW< I will gladly take any hook out of anyone's hand for free hundred dollars.

My incident involved a little more than your standard bass lure. My fishing partner hammered a Bomber Long A Saltwater hook into the back of my head in the Occipital area. (Through my Mark Sosin hat).. The hooks on those tarpon lures are rather large. If memory serves we had upgraded to 5/0 Mustad hooks.. Tetanus shot was extra.
