    Actually, you don't have to pay anything. You can go hunt private or public somewhere if it's so bad.

    I'm curious what the breakdown of the annual expenses are for each CAT 1 and the price per duck harvested.

    Of course I'd be nervous to put a pen and paper to what I spend to kill a duck though. LOL
