    Default iPhone

I guess I have to retire my trusty 7s now that it's no longer upgradable. Any suggestions from the tech savvy duckers? Anyone got one laying around collecting dust? I did look at the new ones....holy smokes.

The last several phones I have purchased had been refurbished off eBay with no problems. Picked up a 12 pro max 500g for about $500 last month. I also retired my 7.

Had one, liked it. Only issue is you can't use your apps once they move to an IOS version that the phone is no longer upgradable too.

Look into the IPhone SE model. They are smaller like the 6 and 7 and the generation I have still has the home button

The last three iPhones for my wife and I have come via eBay with no issues as all were NIB.

My newest one is the SE Gen 2 (2020) and can still be upgraded... for now. My wife's is the Gen 1 (2016) and she doesn't use any apps other than texting and the phone itself, so upgrades don't really matter. I like the SE sizes, with mine being slightly larger, but it still fits in the side leg pocket on Carhartts and Columbia pants, so that's a plus. When I need to upgrade hers I'll look at the SE Gen 3's for me and give her mine... if I can get away with it.

Yep I have the Gen 3 bought last year. I went to straight talk for the price about 10 years ago and just buy my phones at wal mart for a very for price.

I still can’t understand why folks use Verizon, Sprint AT&T when there are much cheaper options available and they provide the exact same services
